At Pulse Wear, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

We're actively working on expanding our shipping network to additional countries in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, pre-order periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of the European Union: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Other unforeseen logistical disruptions

Pulse Wear cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact us immediately at info@wearpulse.eu.

If an order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wearpulse.eu.

We'll work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible solution.

Pre-Orders

Products purchased as a pre-order will be shipped once inventory becomes available.

The estimated shipping timeframe will always be displayed on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
